Great News! Our Paper on Complete Fasting Published on an SCI Journal

 We are glad to announce that our paper, entitled Ten Days of Complete Fasting Affected Subjective Sensations but not Cognitive Abilities in Healthy Adults , was published on European Journal of Nutrition (SCI Journal, IF 4.7) in January 2021. The relative experiment was conducted in Shenzhen China in May and June 2018, in which six volunteers were confined in a simulated Mars Capsule and seven in a restricted area, and all the 13 volunteers completed the 10 days of complete fasting (water-only fasting).   We, Beijing Ziyuan Fasting Training Center, were responsible for making the whole fasting process easy, comfortable and safe for the volunteers. Four other well-known institutes and universities, including China Astronaut Research and Training Center, SPACEnter Space Science and Technology Institute, Beihang University, and Harbin Institute of Technology, involved collectively in the experiment.   More experiments and studies with a prolonged time period, such as 21 or 28 days,

Chinese Bigu is a well-known traditional Chinese wellness technique, originating from ancient Daoist practice.
